Inclusive Job Fair organized by the Employees’ Compensation Commission (ECC) in celebration of the 48th National Disability Rights Week in Quezon City held last August 5, 2026.

PALSCON took part in the 48th National Disability Rights Week Inclusive Job Fair, organized by the Employees’ Compensation Commission (ECC), supporting efforts to create more inclusive, accessible, and meaningful employment opportunities for Persons with Work-Related Disabilities (PWRDs).
Representing PALSCON were Ms. Abegayle P. Deloraya, Corporate Secretary and Job Fair Committee Chairperson, and Ms. Paula B. Narciso, Industry and Member Relations Manager.
Through PALSCON’s network of member-companies and industry partners, the Association helped engage key employers and expand the range of employment opportunities available to PWRDs.
This contribution was recognized by the ECC, which presented PALSCON with a Certificate of Recognition for its outstanding support and valuable contribution to the Inclusive Job Fair, particularly its proactive engagement and network utilization in inviting key employers.
For PALSCON, the recognition reflects the importance of collaboration in making employment opportunities more accessible. By bringing employers and jobseekers together, we help create pathways toward a more inclusive and equitable workforce.
