#ThrowbackThursday!! When ideas are shared, futures are shaped—our 411th General Membership Meeting held last August 28, 2025 at Dusit Thani Manila was a powerful reminder of that truth. The discussions sparked new perspectives, giving our members fresh tools to lead with clarity and purpose.
We extend our thanks to our distinguished speakers. Ms. Pia Charmane De Jesus, Executive Deputy Director of the National Wages and Productivity Commission (NWPC), unpacked “Wage Setting in the Philippines”, while Mr. Jhomer Gonzales, Acting Head of the SSS Member Education Department, highlighted the “Latest Updates on New and Enhanced Benefits of the Social Security System.” Their knowledge illuminated the path forward for employers, workers, and the industry as a whole.
