Congratulations to the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry - Quezon City (PCCI-QC) and the Quezon City Government for the successful 5th International Business Conference 2025 held at Quezon City M.I.C.E. on February 28, 2025! It was an honor for PALSCON to take part in this prestigious event, which gathered industry leaders, innovators, and policymakers to discuss the future of business and collaboration.
We are very proud that our National President, Mr. Armando Gutierrez Jr., was among the panelists in the session “Prime Movers of the Industries: Collaborating to Build Tomorrow Together” representing PALSCON. Alongside him was our Immediate Past President, Ms. Rhoda Castro-Caliwara, who represented WomenBiz PH. Their insights and expertise highlighted the importance of working together to drive industry growth and economic progress.
Kudos to our Past President, Ms. Sarah Deloraya-Mateo, and our dear friend Dr. Carl E. Balita for their leadership and dedication in making this event a success! A big thank you as well to our PALSCON officers who attended—Treasurer Ms. Agnes Escalona, Directors Lorenzo Consulta and Adrian Flores, Past President Atty.
