On May 28, 2025, PALSCON took part in the Employer Sector Wage Consultation held at the Philippine Trade Training Center, Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City — not just as an attendee, but as a vital voice in shaping conversations that affect both employers and workers alike.
Representing the Philippine Association of Legitimate Service Contractors, Inc. (PALSCON) were our National President, Mr. Armando L. Gutierrez Jr., and our National Vice President, Mr. Raymund J. Alfredo — leaders who don’t just carry titles, but who consistently carry the concerns of our industry with clarity and conviction. Their presence underscored PALSCON’s active engagement in promoting balanced, realistic, and sustainable wage policies that consider both the dignity of workers and the operational realities of employers.
