Successfully participated and concluded last November 23 and 24, 2021 was PALSCON’s 11th National Conference with its theme: Service Contracting in the New Normal and Beyond.”
11th National Conference Chair and PALSCON VP Armand L. Gutierrez Jr. and Vice Chair and Region VII President Grace Iligan and PALSCON National President Rhoda C. Caliwara graced the annual event with no less than Philippine Vice President Leonora Roberto and Department of Labor and Employment Secretary Sylvestre H. Bello III as Keynote Speakers.

An annual event is held every by PALSCON involving the different sectors in the country and zero in vital issues and concerns in the workforce and economy.
This prestigious event was presented for the straight second year via online so not even the pandemic can stop collaboration of government, private and sectors and the service contracting industry.
Hopefully this 2022 we could see a better working conditions for all our workers.
