Celebrating Success at the PALSCON South Luzon Chapter (Region IV-A) 80th General Membership Meeting!
We are delighted to share the highlights of our 80th General Membership Meeting held on June 20, 2024, at the Paseo Premiere Hotel, Sta. Rosa, Laguna. A heartfelt thank you to our esteemed guest speaker, Ms. Cynthia C. Foncardas, Director II of the National Conciliation and Mediation Board (NCMB) Region IV-A, Calamba, Laguna. Your insights on "The Strength within PALSCON: Embracing Labor-Management Cooperation (LMC) and Effective Grievance Machinery (GM)" were invaluable and greatly appreciated.
This meeting also marked a significant milestone for the PALSCON South Luzon Chapter as we signed the Memorandum of Understanding with the National Conciliation Mediation Board (NCMB) Region IV-A. This collaboration is a testament to our ongoing commitment to fostering labor-management harmony and effective conflict resolution within our industry.
