May 22, 2026, at Makati Shangri-La became more than just a venue for discussion—it became a space where leaders gathered to challenge how talent is built, developed, and sustained amid global disruption. As the AmCham Philippines 10th Talent Summit opened conversations on the future of work, PALSCON stood among the organizations committed to shaping a workforce that is adaptive, competitive, and ready for tomorrow’s demands.

Representing the organization was our National President, Ms. Maricar Suarez, leading the PALSCON delegation together with Mr. Froilan Florendo, External Vice President; Mr. Lorenzo Consulta, P.R.O.; and Board Members Ms. Vivian Fuentes and Ms. Grace Iligan. Their presence reflects PALSCON’s continuing commitment to be part of conversations that challenge norms, redefine workforce readiness, and push for a more resilient and globally competitive Filipino labor force.
