On July 28, 2026, the Philippine Association of Legitimate Service Contractors (PALSCON) successfully held its 419th General Membership Meeting at The Bellevue Manila, Alabang, bringing together members and industry leaders for an afternoon of learning, collaboration, and meaningful discussions on business growth and industry sustainability.

The afternoon opened with an insightful learning session by Atty. Philip Gerald S. Fulgueras of the Credit Information Corporation (CIC), who shared valuable perspectives on financial stability, profitability, and sustainable growth. As service contractors navigate an increasingly dynamic business environment, the discussion provided timely insights that encourage strategic thinking and long-term resilience.

The conversation continued through the Industry Focus Group Discussions, where members actively exchanged ideas, experiences, and practical solutions on key business concerns, including profitability strategies, cash flow management, margin protection, rising labor and operating costs, and sustainable growth. Guided by Moderator Mr. Ronaldo Turla, the discussions fostered meaningful engagement and encouraged participants to learn from one another's experiences and best practices.

PALSCON extends its sincere appreciation to our distinguished panelists—Ms. Grace Iligan, Mr. Froilan V. Florendo, Mr. Lorenzo P. Consulta, and Mr. Joseph V.
