PALSCON proudly joined the Public Hearing on the proposed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Philippine Association of Legitimate Service Contractors (PALSCON) and the City Government of Muntinlupa, through the Public Employment Service Office (PESO), held on September 9, 2026, at the Sangguniang Panlungsod People’s Center Building, Muntinlupa City.

Representing PALSCON were Job Fair Committee Chair Ms. Abegayle P. Deloraya, Internal Vice President Mr. Raymund J. Alfredo, Member of the Board Mr. Lester A. Javier, Immediate Past President Mr. Armando L. Gutierrez Jr., and Industry and Member Relations Manager Ms. Paula Narciso.

The public hearing served as a meaningful space for open discussion, shared perspectives, and recommendations as the proposed MOU undergoes review toward its finalization. More than a discussion of provisions, it was an opportunity for government and industry to come together and explore how stronger coordination can contribute to more responsive employment initiatives.
