That’s exactly what took place last October 28, 2025, at Dusit Thani Manila, Ayala Center, Makati City, as the Philippine Association of Legitimate Service Contractors (PALSCON) gathered for its 415th General Membership Meeting — an afternoon filled with inspiration, learning, and meaningful exchanges.
