The PALSCON Secretariat, headed by its Committee Chair, Mr. Jon Aguilar, and the Industry and Member Relations Officer-In-Charge, Ms. Paula Narciso have attended the ECOP-DECP Effective Sectoral Organizations Workshop facilitated by Mr. Andrew Moore, the Country Manager from the Dutch Employers Cooperation
Program (DECP). The said workshop was attended by representatives from different Industry associations.
