PALSCON successfully held its 410th General Membership Meeting last May 29, 2025, at the Mayuree II Ballroom, Dusit Thani Manila, Ayala Center, Makati City. The event gathered members and partners for an insightful and productive afternoon, featuring two key topics that addressed both the personal and professional development needs of our stakeholders. We were honored to have Mr. Alexander Hilario Aguilar, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-IBIG), as our first speaker. His presentation, “Unlocking Special Pag-IBIG Housing Loan Benefits in 2025,” shed light on the latest housing loan privileges available to our members. His clear and concise explanations enabled our attendees to better understand the benefits, processes, and strategic options that can assist them in making informed decisions about home ownership.

The second session focused on enhancing workplace leadership in the service industry.
Mr. Rey “Bong” C. Sace delivered a highly relevant and engaging talk on “Leadership Training for Managers and Supervisors in the Service Industry.” Drawing from his extensive background in leadership development, Mr. Sace offered practical tools, frameworks, and advice to equip our professionals in managing teams effectively. The session encouraged active participation and thoughtful questions from the attendees, fostering a collaborative learning environment throughout.

The event was not only informative but also served as a platform for collaboration and professional exchange.
The high level of engagement during the open forum reflected our members' commitment to continuous improvement and learning. It was encouraging to witness how both topics resonated with the participants and sparked meaningful dialogue, particularly around real-life applications and leadership challenges within the service sector.
