On August 31, 2023, at the Luxent Hotel, Timog Avenue, Quezon City, we had the privilege of hosting our 402nd General Membership Meeting, and what an incredible gathering it was!
A massive shoutout and heartfelt thanks to our esteemed guest speakers who made the event truly insightful:
Ms. Vivian S. Fuentes, President of Global Mode Manpower Services, Inc., and PALSCON Board of Trustee, who delved into the comprehensive and fruitful topic of "R.A. 11313, Safe Spaces Act or Bawal Bastos Act." Her knowledge illuminated our minds, providing a wider understanding of this important law.
Mr. Jerome Yanson, OIC-Director II Technical Service of National Wages and Productivity Commission, who shared his expertise on the topic "Improving Productivity through Employee Engagement." His insights were invaluable, helping us grasp the intricacies of engaging and understanding our employees.
