On July 17, 2024, the Philippine Association of Legitimate Service Contractors (PALSCON) Training Academy successfully conducted Module 1 of the Executive Development Program: "Elevating Customer Relations: Crafting Unforgettable Experiences" via Zoom Virtual Conference. Our participants enjoyed an insightful and engaging session that delved into the art of enhancing customer relations, making each interaction memorable.
A huge shoutout to our distinguished session coach, Mr. Howell V. Mabalot, for sharing his invaluable wisdom, knowledge, and expertise. His dynamic approach and interactive style made the session both exciting and educational.
