At the 3rd Quarter Mega Job Fair held at SM City Muntinlupa, PALSCON proudly joined government and industry partners in connecting Filipino jobseekers with legitimate employment opportunities. Through the participation of 30 PALSCON member-companies, more than a thousand applicants were given access to a wide range of career opportunities across various industries.

Leading the PALSCON delegation were National President Ms. Maricar S. Suarez, Job Fair Committee Chairperson Ms. Abegayle Deloraya, and Industry and Member Relations Manager Ms. Paula Narciso, reflecting the Association’s continued commitment to employment generation, workforce development, and responsible industry practices.

More than a recruitment activity, the job fair served as a valuable platform for bringing together employers and jobseekers, fostering meaningful connections, and opening doors to new career possibilities. It also highlighted the important role of legitimate service contractors in supporting businesses, creating jobs, and contributing to economic growth.
