WE JUST HIT AN IMPECCABLE MILESTONE📣—our highest number of attendees ever at the PALSCON Training Academy! A huge congratulations to our Training Academy Chairperson, Mr. Jay Ar Sta Ana, and Co-Chair, Ms. Vivian Fuentes, for designing an engaging and insightful session. PALSCON Training Academy Module 3 of the Executive Development Program: "Positive Discipline: An Introduction to Positive Discipline in the Workplace" was successfully held via Zoom Virtual Conference on March 18, 2025. This session provided participants with valuable tools to foster a culture of accountability, respect, and professional growth.
