Our PALSCON Training Academy: “INSPECTION READY: Prepare. Comply. Be Confident.” brought together PALSCON members for a practical learning session on DOLE audit and compliance for service contractors.
The session was well attended, with our members actively joining the discussion and gaining practical insights on inspection preparations, common compliance findings, documentation, and what to expect during an actual DOLE inspection.
This initiative came to life through the dedication and efforts of Mr. Lorenzo Consulta, Chairperson of the Training & Development Committee, whose commitment to creating meaningful learning opportunities for PALSCON members continues to make a difference.
