On June 16, 2025, the Regional Deliberation for the 2024 Search for the Best Public Employment Service Office (PESO) was successfully held at Castle Peak Hotel, Cebu City—bringing together key stakeholders committed to advancing employment facilitation across the region.

Representing the Philippine Association of Legitimate Service Contractors (PALSCON) Region VII Chapter was our Past President, Mr. Nigel Wenceslao, who stood in on behalf of our Chapter President, Ms. Remedios K. Esparcia.

We extend our appreciation to the Department of Labor and Employment Region VII for the opportunity to take part in this significant activity. It was a privilege to witness the outstanding efforts of various PESOs whose programs continue to make a positive impact on employment at the local level.

PALSCON Region VII remains committed to supporting initiatives that promote dignified employment and sustainable partnerships for the benefit of the Filipino workforce.
