Where partnerships create opportunities, and opportunities open doors.

On August 27, 2026, PALSCON brought together its member-companies and jobseekers for the PALSCON Exclusive Job Fair 2026 at SM Center Muntinlupa, Tunasan, Muntinlupa City, in partnership with the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) Muntinlupa.

More than bringing employers and applicants under one roof, the job fair created a space where possibilities could begin—through conversations, applications, and the chance to take that next step toward meaningful employment.

We are especially proud to have been represented by our PALSCON Corporate Secretary and Job Fair Committee Chairperson, Ms. Abegayle P. Deloraya, together with PALSCON Executive Director, Ms. Soraya C. Barsaga, and Industry and Member Relations Manager, Ms. Paula B. Narciso.

To our PALSCON member-companies who showed up and opened their doors to jobseekers, thank you. Your participation goes beyond filling vacancies—it gives people the opportunity to be seen, heard, and considered for a place in the workforce. This is what makes our PALSCON community matter.

We are thankful to PESO Muntinlupa, headed by PESO Manager Ms. Glenda Zamora-Aniñon, and to the DOLE MUNTAPARLAS Field Office, represented by OIC-Director II Mr. Jeremiah T. Carlos, for their partnership, presence, and continued support in bringing government and industry together in creating meaningful employment opportunities for our communities.

Every resume submitted, every interview conducted, and every conversation started represents a possibility—a new beginning for a jobseeker and a potential addition to an employer’s team.
