PALSCON successfully hosted its 408th General Membership Meeting last February 27, 2025, at the Century Park Hotel, Malate, Manila, bringing together service contractors, industry leaders, and key stakeholders for an afternoon of learning and engagement. With a strong turnout from different chapters, the event reaffirmed PALSCON’s commitment to keeping its members well-informed and actively involved in shaping the future of the service contracting industry.
A highlight of the gathering was the insightful discussion led by Atty. Jude Thomas Trayvilla, Assistant Regional Director of DOLE-NCR, who shared the latest updates on DOLE’s online compliance portal. This initiative aims to streamline processes, making it more efficient for businesses to comply with labor regulations. We were also privileged to hear from Atty. Evelyn R. Ramos, Deputy Executive Director of the Employees’ Compensation Commission, who provided an in-depth look at the latest policies on employee compensation and compliance. Their presentations sparked engaging discussions, allowing attendees to raise concerns and seek clarifications on crucial industry matters.
