🎉 38 Years of Leadership, Legacy, and Legitimate Service Contracting! 🎉

The Philippine Association of Legitimate Service Contractors (PALSCON) proudly marked its 38th Anniversary and CEO Night last April 24, 2025, at Mayuree II, Dusit Thani Manila, Ayala Center, Makati City. It was a powerful night of reflection, inspiration, and solidarity as we celebrated nearly four decades of promoting professionalism, innovation, and ethical standards in the service contracting industry.

A major highlight of the evening was the insightful discussion on “The Journey of the Second Generation Leaders: Navigating the Transition from Founder to Next-Gen Leadership.” We are grateful to our distinguished sharers who generously opened up about their journeys: Ms. Emyruth Enriquez, President & CEO of Triple-E Manpower & General Services, Inc.; Mr. Ken Caliwara, Head of Innovation and Strategy at Executive Genesis Services, Inc.; Engr. John Faust Arenas, President & CEO of Arenaworx General Services Corporation and the Aresun Group of Companies; and Mr. Armando Gutierrez Jr., President of Best Allied Services Integrated Company Inc. Their perspectives sparked an honest and inspiring conversation on leadership succession, legacy, and the evolving landscape of our industry.

We are also truly honored by the presence of OIC-Assistant Secretary and Director Patrick P. Patriwirawan Jr. from the Department of Labor and Employment, whose congratulatory message reaffirmed our shared commitment to upholding the rights and welfare of Filipino workers through legitimate and dignified employment practices.

To all the CEOs, Presidents, industry leaders, members, and guests who joined us in this milestone celebration — thank you for your continued trust, support, and solidarity. You are the heart of our association and the driving force behind every achievement we celebrate.
