The 1st PALSCON Regional Conference and Joint GMM, held at Montebello Villa Hotel, Cebu City, brought together leaders, members, partners, and industry stakeholders for a day of conversations that challenged us to think beyond today.

“Gearing Our Leaders for the Future” was more than a theme.

It became a call to strengthen leadership, embrace change, build meaningful partnerships, pursue sustainable practices, and prepare our industry for a future that is already taking shape.

And that is what made this gathering meaningful—not only the ideas shared from the stage, but the connections formed, perspectives exchanged, and collective commitment to move the service contracting industry forward.
