PALSCON proudly shares another milestone in advancing labor rights and strengthening partnerships through the pilot Freedom of Association (FOA) Training of Trainers Programme! From August 26 to September 1, 2025, the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), in partnership with the International Labour Organization (ILO), convened this landmark training in Clark, Pampanga. The initiative gathered over thirty representatives from labor, employers, government, security forces, and academe to deepen understanding and equip facilitators with the knowledge, skills, and tools to promote and safeguard freedom of association, civil liberties, and related labor rights.

PALSCON takes pride in being represented at this important undertaking by our Board of Director, Ms. Vivian Fuentes. Her participation reflects our organization’s unwavering commitment to the principles of social dialogue, respect for rights, and the pursuit of decent and dignified work for all Filipinos.

As the FOA Training Programme lays the groundwork for stronger collaboration and the advancement of international labor standards, PALSCON remains steadfast in its role as a partner in shaping a just, fair, and future-ready labor landscape.
