On June 19, 2025, PALSCON proudly hosted one of its most meaningful events to date—Francis Kong LIVE! with the theme “Envision, Empower, Execute: Driving Success Through Purposeful Business Leadership,” held at the Celebrity Sports Plaza, Old Balara, Quezon City. The event brought together professionals and industry leaders to engage in an enriching session led by none other than Mr. Francis Kong, one of the country’s most respected inspirational speakers. His insights emphasized that leadership is not simply a position of authority, but a responsibility anchored on integrity, values, and consistent ethical conduct.

Mr. Kong’s talk highlighted a key message that business leadership today demands more than technical expertise—it calls for character, clarity, and the courage to lead with purpose. It was a timely and powerful reminder for all who were present that true leadership leaves a lasting impact not only on organizations but on people’s lives. His words challenged us to align our leadership styles with intention, to embrace values that stand firm amid change, and to view success through the lens of service and significance.
