On June 26, 2026, the Philippine Association of Legitimate Service Contractors (PALSCON) actively participated in the Special Members General Meeting featuring DOLE Secretary Hon. Francis N. Tolentino, where key insights on the Department of Labor and Employment's Strategic Priorities and Policy Directions were presented. The session provided valuable perspectives on the future of labor administration, regulatory compliance, and workforce governance—critical areas that continue to shape the Philippine labor landscape.

Demonstrating PALSCON's unwavering commitment to responsible leadership and continuous learning, the delegation was led by our National President, Ms. Maricar S. Suarez, together with Internal Vice President Mr. Raymund J. Alfredo, External Vice President Mr. Froilan V. Florendo, Corporate Secretary Ms. Abegayle P. Deloraya, Auditor Mr. Rodolfo E. Aguilar Jr., Board Members Mr. Joseph V. Angeles, Ms. Vivian S. Fuentes, Mr. Adrian D. Flores, Ms. Grace Iligan, PhD, and Mr. Joseph Reyes of the PALSCON Region III Chapter, as well as our esteemed Past Presidents Mr. Armando L. Gutierrez Jr. and Atty. Giovanni Melgar. Their participation reflects PALSCON's continuing commitment to ensuring that our members remain informed, prepared, and responsive to emerging labor and employment policies.
