We are proud and honored to be recognized by the Department of Labor and Employment – National Capital Region (DOLE–NCR) during the 2025 Stakeholders Recognition held on December 17, 2025, at the Great Eastern Hotel, Quezon City.

This recognition highlights PALSCON’s valuable contribution and strong partnership in advancing employment facilitation, particularly through our active involvement in the successful conduct of Major Job Fairs for Calendar Year 2025. It affirms our shared commitment to bridging the skills gap, navigating today’s complex labor market, and creating real opportunities that positively impact the lives of Filipino workers.

The award was proudly received by our PALSCON National President, Mr. Armando L. Gutierrez Jr., together with Treasurer Ms. Agnes L. Escalona and Industry and Member Relations Manager Ms. Paula Narciso—a testament to PALSCON’s united leadership and collective effort.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the Department of Labor and Employment, under the leadership of Secretary Bienvenido E. Laguesma, and to DOLE–NCR, Atty. Sarah Buena S. Mirasol, Regional Director, and Atty. Jude Thomas P. Trayvilla, Assistant Regional Director, for the trust, recognition, and continued collaboration.

Congratulations to our organization and to all our PALSCON Members! This achievement belongs to each one of you. Together, we move forward with pride, energy, and a renewed commitment to expanding opportunities and advancing decent, sustainable employment for Filipinos.
