On April 29, 2025, PALSCON proudly participated in the Consultation on Bipartite Mechanisms organized by the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the National Conciliation and Mediation Board (NCMB), held at B Hotel, Quezon City. The event aimed to strengthen workplace consultation and cooperation through bipartite mechanisms—encouraging mutual trust, open dialogue, and non-adversarial approaches to dispute resolution at the enterprise level.

The consultation was led by NCMB Executive Director Ms. Maria Teresita D. Lacsamana-Cancio, who underscored the importance of collaborative efforts between workers and employers in building a culture of mutual respect and grievance resolution. The discussions provided an opportunity for stakeholders to exchange insights, explore solutions to common challenges, and promote the wider adoption of labor-management cooperation.

Representing PALSCON were National Vice President Mr. Raymund J. Alfredo, Public Relations Officer Mr. Froilan D. Florendo, and Director Mr. Joseph V. Angeles. Their involvement reflects PALSCON’s strong commitment to advancing non-judicial mechanisms that support healthy, productive, and respectful workplace relations.

We remain dedicated to working with the ILO, NCMB, and industry partners in creating safer, more equitable, and more harmonious workplaces for every Filipino.
