The 2026 National Tripartite Conference, held on January 28–30, 2026 at the Manila Prince Hotel, was a strong reminder that shaping the future of work is a shared responsibility. With the theme “Advancing Decent Work Towards Shared Responsibility and Prosperity in the Changing World,” the conference brought together key players from government, labor, and employers to exchange ideas, align priorities, and address the realities of a fast-changing workplace. PALSCON took part not just as a participant, but as an organization that continues to show up where important conversations happen.

Representing PALSCON were National President Mr. Armando Gutierrez Jr., Vice President Mr. Raymund J. Alfredo, and Past President Ms. Sarah Deloraya-Mateo (2011–2013). Their presence highlighted PALSCON’s consistent leadership and long-standing commitment to promoting decent work and responsible employment. Through meaningful discussions and engagement, PALSCON reaffirmed its role as a steady partner in advancing fair, sustainable, and practical solutions—keeping the focus on shared growth and prosperity in the world of work.
