On February 10, 2025, the PALSCON National Officers and Board of Trustees had the honor of paying a courtesy visit to the Malaysian Ambassador to the Philippines, His Excellency Dato' Abdul Malik Melvin Castelino, at his office in Makati City. The visit highlighted the shared vision of strengthening connections and exploring opportunities for collaboration between our organizations.
The delegation was proudly led by our National President, Mr. Armando L. Gutierrez Jr., whose leadership continues to drive PALSCON's initiatives forward. We are also deeply thankful to our Immediate Past President, Ms. Rhoda Castro-Caliwara, for her unwavering and tireless support, which has been instrumental in fostering meaningful engagements like this.
