It was a privilege to be back in Cebu City, the Queen City of the South, for another successful Joint General Membership Meeting (GMM) of PALSCON National and the Region VII (Cebu) Chapter. Held at City Sports Club Cebu, this gathering brought together service contracting professionals from across the country to discuss industry trends, regulatory updates, and business opportunities in the region. More than just a meeting, it was an opportunity to reconnect, learn, and strengthen our network within the industry.
